Public-private partnership as an instrument of attracting investments in the region’s economy

The article presents the analysis of investment process in the Vologda Oblast. The necessity to implement public-private partnership as an instrument of stimulating investment activity in the region is revealed. The prerequisites for its development in Russia and its regions are determined.
