The article presents the analysis of the role and significance of ethnic factor in the society’s development. The authors substantiate the idea that ethnic factor contributes to personality’s inclusion to the mental world, spiritual wealth, and values of the particular society, and it is one of the important means of stabilization of the state’s sustainable development. The authors emphasize that the denial of this phenomenon in politics leads to the destruction of country’s integrity and civil pacification.
