The article is devoted to studying of a problem connected with the upcoming gas supply of the Murmansk Oblast. The existing projects of transfer to supply with condensed gas by consumers, as well as key issues in formation of gas transmission infrastructure in the region are described in the article. The authors state that in the short and medium term implementation of plans concerning full-scale transfer to gas fuel by consumers of the Murmansk Oblast is hardly probable. Information base of the investigation includes analytical materials of the regional authorities of the Murmansk Oblast, Russian oil and gas companies, along with the data presented in the global information network Internet. The article is addressed to economists, specialists from the regional and local authorities, representatives from enterprises of oil and gas industry and also to people, who are interested in investigations dedicated to the broad range of fuel and energy topics of the North of our country
